This is a general introduction to the countries of southern Africa intended for students, tourists and other travellers or visitors. It's written for the general public but some scholars may also find it to be useful in some respects. Subjects covered include geography, history, culture, agricultural products and mineral resources, towns and cities, and different ethnic groups in all the countries covered in the book. Some of the smallest and least known countries are also covered in this work.
