JAJA tells the story of Atty. Albert Sta. Ana Yongco and the surviving family that suffers a life sentence of pain and loss of a loved one due to the state of the Philippine justice system. JAJA also shares other stories of women victims and survivors of rape, sexual harassment, the “old boys club” syndrome, sex discrimination and blatant exercise of power and dominance of men over the women as in the cases of a women police superintendent, officers and workers of the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP) and court stenographers.
