Mr. Nguyen Trai ( 1380 - 1442 ) was a Vietnamese national hero and the World's cultural celebrity. It is the first historic novel of 2 volumes ever made in Vietnam that dedicating to him. The novel was written based on historic materials & folk legends providing a readership with historic true & folk tales and mass reflections & feelings regarding the life & the cause of Nguyen Trai. The novel shed a light on the life & development of Vietnamese modern literature at present moment. It is also presented a certain kind of technique - skill of historic novel's writing.
