This publication is the fruit of the symposium on Mongolian studies held at Nanjing University in May 2013 in memory of the 30th anniversary of the death of Fr. Henry Serruys, Belgian Scheutist father and famous scholar in the field of Mongolian studies. The fields that these papers cover, are divers: bibliography and presentation on Mongolian studies, biography of Henry Serruys, history, emigration, Catholic missions in Inner Mongolia, language and Mongol traditional costumes.
