This book is the outcome of a collective initiative. Nepali and international experts aim at expressing their views and methodology regarding research, conservation, preservation, risk management and post disaster recovery and management of Nepalese cultural heritage sites. The extensive damage to the heritage sites due to the 2015 earthquakes in Nepal truly demonstrated the crucial need for such expertise. The Oriental Cultural Heritage Sites Protection Alliance (OCHSPA) guarantees that all profits generated by the sale of this publication will contribute to the safeguarding ad restoration of the cultural heritage of Nepal.
