The main content of the book consists of three chapters. Chapter 1: Clarifying the rationale and practical basis of public administration reform in some countries around the world. Chapter 2: Discussing the public administration reform policy in China, Malaysia and Japan. Comparing the public administration reform policies in the three countries, pointing out common points of commonality and individual features of each country. Chapter 3: Public Administration Reform in Vietnam 2001-2010; Introduction of the public administration reform program for the period 2011-2020; initial results of public administration reform period 2011-2016; lessons learned and some recommendations for the period 2017-2020.
