Taoism is one of the three religions (Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism) that existed in ancient China. In the history of existence and development, Taoism has interacted with many different cultures and left a trace in many East Asian countries. The influence of Taoism is manifested in the beliefs, religions and rites & rituals of the various strata of people over the centuries. Contents: Chapters: 1 - The birth, development and the content and characteristics of the Chinese Taoism. 2 – The process of introduction, development, religious activity, the influence of Taoism on a number of realms in Vietnam. 3 – Analysis of the manifestations of Taoism in some Vietnamese folk beliefs, such as ancestral worship, Mother Goddess worship, and village tutelary.
