Sai Gon Streets’ Stories (Volume 5), released in 2017, continues to tell stories about the people, lifestyle and cultural values of the city of the South of Vietnam. The book collected a stories, documentary images of Saigon of 1930s. During this period, Saigon was impacted by the Great Depression around the world. People still painstakingly do their business, overcome the crisis. The author retold the business story of the breakfast restaurant system Đuc Thanh Hung, the fine arts company Me Linh, or the story of an illiterate woman became the owner of one of the most famous publishing houses of Saigon ... On the realm of culture and art, the author presented a new materials on the activities of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Cuong - the father of the artist of Kim Cuong. He was the founder of the School of Music and Drama in Vietnam South since 1944. The book also mentioned Le Van Tai recording firm - the forerunner of the Vietnam Discotheque Company - where made the name of artist Minh Vuong and composer Vien Chau.
