“One Belt One Road” (OBOR) strategy was proposed by China’s President Xi Jinping in 2013. After the past three years of conduct, the OBOR strategy has been progressing in practice, reflected in positive reception from many countries around the world and by the number of investment projects on infrastructure, commercial deployments in countries that located along the OBOR. This book analyzes the mechanism for the implementation of the OBOR strategy from central to local in China, thus providing policy recommendations to Vietnam. Chapters: 1 - Introduction.
