The Vietnamese Constitution 2013 was passed with many new features reflecting the turning point in the constitutional history. The book includes 53 articles by lecturers and doctoral students of the Faculty of Law, Hanoi National University on human rights, fundamental rights and obligations of citizens expressed in the Constitution of 2013. On the academic side, the articles in the book mainly use the comparative analysis methodology (international and Vietnam). This is a useful reference resource for agencies, organizations, and individuals who are concerned and responsible for ensuring the implementation of human rights and citizenship in the 2013 Constitution.
