The book set "Ethnic Groups in Vietnam" is a research project of the Institute of Ethnology deployed from 2012 to 2015, based on the results of the research project at the grassroots level of the Ethnographic Conference. This is a book set that links all 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam; shares a common analytical framework for the study and development of 54 ethnic groups in Vietnam from 1986 to present. Each ethnic group is analyzed on the following basic contents: 1- Overview of the research situation; 2- Presentation and analysis of socio-economic development and change since 1986; 3- Some issues raised in research and development of the ethnic group.
