Although newly formed nearly 100 years, but Cai Luong (Reformed Theater) has a place in the field of traditional music in Vietnam. Especially since it was born in the time of transition between the two European and Asian cultures, Cai Luong was influenced by the Western style of acting, and still retained the traditional Vietnamese style. Cai luong has been identified as a classical music. This book contains specific, reliable evidence of the time of formation and origin of Cai Luong.
