The book consists of writings of scientists, researchers, high ranking leaders of central agencies, local government’s heads, CEOs of all economic sectors covering the issues & problems of building Vietnam new rural countryside. The book covers two main topics: 1 - Common theoretical issues and international experience on new rural countryside’s construction. 2 – The practices of new rural countryside’s construction in Vietnam. Each article & writing, in different ways, discuss the diverse aspects of new rural countryside’s construction: planning, social security, land policy, land protection. Many articles focus on the experiences of some countries in the world such as China, Japan, USA, Korea and Thailand.
