The book presents the fundamental issues & problems of information asymmetry, transaction rules of the market; stock market, asymmetric information and investor's right of choice in the stock market. The book also analyzes the real situation of asymmetric information in the Vietnamese stock market from the year of 2000 to present; and then proposes some solutions aiming at overcoming and limiting this situation.
