This book is compiled by Professor Sylvie Fanchette, Research Director of the IRD Institute of Research for Development, France. Based on a rich set of materials including maps and fieldwork, this book with the participation of many authors shows the confrontation between the process of urbanization in each locality with the trend of forming a large urban area in the form of widespread urbanization. With a combination of specialized approaches at multiple levels of space and society in a dynamic transition context, this publication allows to determine the extent to which large-scale urban development projects affect the lives of villages that have been integrated into urban space and at the same time redefine the location of suburban villages as adequate factors to create a diversity of population - sociology in the process of forming this large urban area.
