In the 70s of the last century, understanding of the past of Da Nang was too little, fragmented and flawed. Almost no work has systematically and coherently addressed the history of this place. Understanding the need for an in-depth study on this issue, the scholar Vo Van Dat compiled and published the book "ACVB" for the first time in 1974, now the book has been reprinted with supplement and rectify. 'Today, Da Nang is the most important city in Central Vietnam. This status cannot be achieved in just two decades of construction and development. It is the result of backing in a long past, together with the convergence of new economic, geographic, and historical conditions that can be formed. Therefore, an understanding of Danang's past in the general context of the country's history is a necessary condition for enlightening the present, and from there, it is possible to have a view of the future with more proud and confident.
