Golden Book of Vietnam's Creations is selected and published by the Vietnam Fatherland Front in cooperation with the Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, the Ministry of Science and Technology and other organizations. This work is done for the purpose of respecting soldiers, encouraging organizations and individuals who have made practical and effective contributions in scientific and technological activities; widely publicize scientific and technological works and solutions to agencies, units, organizations and enterprises. The 2019 Yellow Book focuses on selecting and announcing scientific and technological works and solutions in the fields of natural sciences and applied sciences which have made an important contribution to the tasks of socio-economic development, national construction and defense.
