Complaints are the basic right of citizens to protect their legitimate rights and interests. Over the past years, the Party and State of Vietnam have always paid attention to the settlement of complaints and denunciations. The system of legal documents regulating this activity has been regularly amended and supplemented to suit the practical situation. This is considered one of the important tasks of state administrative reform and promoting democracy among the people. Along with perfecting the legal system on administrative complaints, state administrative agencies have made considerable efforts in implementation. However, judging objectively, the quality of current administrative complaint handling is still limited. This book has been prepared by the Institute of Strategy and Scientific Inspectorate to provide readers with research results on reviewing and redressing legally effective complaint settlement decisions.
