Child protection, care and education activities in Vietnam still have some limitations and weaknesses, despite being very interested in this issue by the Party and the State. The legal system and policies on child care, education and protection are not yet complete; many important specific targets have not been achieved in the Vietnam National Action Plan for Children 2001-2010; Ethics, degraded lifestyles, deviations from a small part of children are becoming a concern for families and society; The situation of children being sexually abused, violated and abused by labor tends to increase with the level of serious violations. This book is based on sociological survey data with 300 high school students and 300 high school parents in Quang Ninh province. The author has contributed to enriching the research on children and the law through a vivid picture of the reality of legal education for children in the family and the role of the school in legal education for students.
