It can be said that socialization has become an important component of the Vietnamese literary and artistic life in the renovation period. After the implementation of the policy of socialization of literary, artistic and practical activities, it is required to summarize and comprehensively assess the situation. Based on the results of the evaluation, the Government of Vietnam continues to study and issue timely decisions on this issue. This book selects 60 analyzes from a wide range of cultural, policy and economic researchers.
