Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa is one of the leading experts in Urban Studies in Vietnam in general and in Ho Chi Minh City in particular, both from the perspective of theoretical research and practical activities. He has a lot of research on this new field from access to knowledge in countries with harmonious urban development between "conservation and development", where modern cities no matter how constructed are always geared towards the humanities and friendliness of the community. Nguyen Minh Hoa's book contains 78 articles, divided into three chapters: Urban emotions; Urban space; Urban life. One of the most interesting things about this book is that the academic issues are very complex and the scientific theories and concepts are expressed by the author in a simple, easy-to-understand style.
