The rule of law and constitutionalism are categories that are becoming increasingly familiar and discussed in Vietnam. Especially since the 1992 Constitution, amended and supplemented in 2001 and the Platform for building the country during the transition to socialism (addition, development in 2011) of the Communist Party of Vietnam, has clearly defined the goal of building a socialist rule of law state. The book "The rule of law and constitutionalism - Theoretical and practical issues" includes articles by Vietnamese researchers, aims to provide readers with more multi-dimensional knowledge and information on the rule of law and constitutionalism both in the world and in Vietnam. The book brings together a number of selected articles by foreign authors to serve as a reference for Vietnamese researchers and regulators in understanding the rule of law and constitutionalism.
