The Book tries to unfold the crisis of food system management by systematic analysis of areas that impact hunger health equity and environment. In trying to unfold the nuances it engages with four fundamental areas the challenge posed by the developing south to the claims of low carbon footprint of sustainable agricultural techniques popularized by the western disciplinary premises of Agro-ecology, as they reaffirm the foundation of Agro-ecology as embedded in their age old heritage of traditional wisdom.
