Mga Batang Poz is originally written by Sir Segundo Matias Jr., and put into mainstream by Direk Chris Martinez. This novel talks about the life of four teenagers who are exposed to Human Immunodeficiency Viruses (HIV). It also shows how this generation faces the stigma of having HIV and the stereotypes of being a POZ or positive. This novel is a modern approach to stop the stigma and as an advocate of changing the mindset of both infected and not. It also discusses the possible transmission of the virus and the adventure of those who are infected. This novel focuses on the lives of these four teenagers in facing the serious and life changing situations, and on how they are trying to cope and finding what it means to live after knowing that they are infected.
