This Proceedings of international conference “Law in a changing world” book is published by VNU-LS associate with National Political Publishing House with the aim to provide a reference, as well as to suggest further studies on the workshop topic. The book contains 32 among more than 50 papers sent to the conference, which are selected by an independent board of foreign and local experts.
