In particular, the research objective of the topic is to clarify the theoretical and practical basis for legal assurance of the rights of domestic migrant workers in Vietnam today. From there, it proposes viewpoints and solutions to improve the legal guarantee for the implementation of the rights of domestic migrant workers in Vietnam today. From the analysis of ways to ensure the rights of domestic migrant workers in China and India, the author has made some suggestive recommendations for Vietnam such as: it is necessary to improve the legal regulations to recognize the equality of rights between domestic migrant workers and native workers; reduce administrative conditions that prevent workers from accessing social security rights; promote the participation of social organizations in providing support services to internal migrant workers, especially legal support services.
