The boundless landscape of AI has generated growing concern amongst futurist and AI experts concerning potential ethical issues. As more companies express interest in developing the technology, it will eventually disrupt our social norms and challenge our ideas about what it means to be human. When it comes to the legal status of 'electronic persons' for AI, the Islamic concept of ahliyyah is highlighted, under which the ascription of personhood is based on the possession of life, by which AI robots would be considered illegitimate as persons. Most importantly in this work, the role of the higher objectives of Islamic law (maqasid al-shariah) is frequently highlighted when it comes to the threat AI and robots pose to humans' privacy, security, social interaction, capital, and legal rights. Actually, both humans and AI technology have their own strengths. It is important to promote the synergising of these two - human and machine power - to create the perfect blend for attaining real benefit. All individuals are encouraged to embrace intelligent technology in such a way that will not sacrifice the essential aspects of human dignity.
