Land acquisition, land requisition, compensation, support, and resettlement is a particularly important regulation of current land law. Even through the development of the country since the first time the Land Law of the National Assembly No. 3-LCT/HDNN8 dated December 29, 1987 was passed and took effect on January 8, 1988. Up to now, the regulations on land acquisition, land requisition, compensation, support and resettlement have basically been completed through the 2013 Land Law, along with it are Decrees, Circulars guiding the implementation in detail, creating a legal corridor for land acquisition, land requisition, compensation, support, and resettlement to be somewhat more convenient and easier.
