China is a large country in the world, with a rich historical and cultural tradition, with Chinese civilization being one of the most brilliantly developed civilizations in the ancient and medieval world and adjacent to 14 nation. The study of land border relations between China and neighboring countries not only has scientific meaning, but also, through it, contributes to a clearer understanding of the policies and actions of the Beijing government in border-territorial relations with neighboring countries. Researches and publications on this issue will be a historical contribution in the struggle for peace and friendship in border areas on land and at sea between countries of the world and the region in general, as well as between China and Vietnam in particular.
