Through the book, the author wishes to send to readers with the same interest to recognize and evaluate some intellectual issues (core) in the Vietnamese revolution that were discussed in To Quoc Newspaper in the period 1954-1988. During its 34 years of operation (1954-1988), To Quoc Newspaper has become the "Forum of Vietnamese intellectuals" in the struggle for national independence, national reunification, steadfastness in the goal of socialism, the implementation of the renovation and construction of Vietnam: rich people, strong country, democracy, fairness and civilization.
