The Nepali Legal System carries all the tenets considered good in those systems. Just as Nepal avoided being colonised and maintained its independence and sovereignty, its legal history also sustained its own elements. The Nepali Legal System has kept alive its authenticity as it has developed on the foundation of its own legal history.
